Geoffrey Henry is the founder of Facts. He is a Luxembourg and Belgian chartered accountant. He is particularly knowledgeable of accounting, legal and tax queries raised by private equity investors and high wealth individuals wishing to structure their investments through Luxembourg. Apart from that expertise he also gained experience in merger and acquisitions, valuation techniques and strategic and financial planning during his career with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.

Valérie Emond is Facts' Tax Partner. She has a large expertise in tax planning for Luxembourg companies and foreign companies investing in Luxembourg. Her experience extends to the fields of corporate taxation, VAT, individual taxation and cross-border taxation issues relating to high wealth individuals. Since she joined Facts in 2006 she developed knowledge about accounting and legal matters encountered by investors implementing Luxembourg optimized tax solutions.
