FActS Services is a fully independent firm owned by private partners.  We have no formal association with any other financial institution or other professional services firm. We therefore can offer fully independent and unbiased advice to our clients. 

Founded around senior consultants, our objective is to serve our clients at the highest quality standards. Our aim is not to be good but go for the outstanding!

We have historically been serving the private equity industry which we assist in complying with their substance requirements in Luxembourg through various solid but flexible methods.
